"ניהול מלאי" היא אפליקציה לניהול מלאי אישי ומשותף. אנחנו אוספים רק את המידע הדרוש להפעלת השירות, ולא מוכרים או מעבירים אותו לצדדים שלישיים למטרות פרסום.
איזה מידע נשמר
- פרטי חשבון: שם משתמש ושם תצוגה שבחרת. הסיסמה נשמרת אך ורק במערכת האימות של Firebase בצורה מוצפנת, ולעולם לא בצורה גלויה.
- נתוני המלאי שלך: שמות המחסנים, הפריטים, כמויות, מק"טים, הערות, ספי התראה, היסטוריית שינויים (כולל שם התצוגה של מי שביצע כל שינוי) ותמונות שאתה בוחר להעלות לפריטים.
- העדפות אישיות: סדר המחסנים, הקטגוריות והעדפות התצוגה שהגדרת לעצמך.
- הזמנות למחסנים: כשחבר במחסן מזמין אותך, נשמרים עד שתאשר או תדחה: שם התצוגה ושם המשתמש של מי שהזמין, שם המחסן ומועד ההזמנה. כשאתה מאשר או דוחה הזמנה, נשמרת אצל מי שהזמין התראה עם שם התצוגה ושם המשתמש שלך, שם המחסן והתשובה שלך, עד שהוא סוגר אותה.
- מכשירים מחוברים: לכל מכשיר שמתחבר לחשבון, כולל Apple Watch, נשמרים סוג המכשיר (למשל אייפון, אנדרואיד או שעון), האם מדובר באפליקציה או באתר, ומועד השימוש האחרון, כדי שתוכל לראות בהגדרות אילו מכשירים מחוברים לחשבון ולנתק אותם. לא נשמר מזהה חומרה, מספר סידורי או מיקום.
האפליקציה אינה אוספת מיקום, אנשי קשר, מזהי פרסום או נתוני שימוש אנליטיים.
איפה המידע נשמר
המידע מאוחסן בשירות Firebase Realtime Database של Google, בשרתים באיחוד האירופי (בלגיה). האימות מתבצע באמצעות Firebase Authentication. Google מעבדת את המידע כספקית תשתית בלבד, בהתאם למדיניות הפרטיות של Firebase.
בנוסף נשמר עותק מקומי של הנתונים שלך במכשיר, כדי שהאפליקציה תעבוד גם ללא חיבור לאינטרנט. העותק המקומי נמחק כשמתנתקים מהחשבון.
כמה חשבונות באותו מכשיר: אם התחברת לכמה חשבונות, כל חשבון שומר במכשיר את ההתחברות שלו בנפרד, כדי שאפשר יהיה לעבור ביניהם בלי להקליד סיסמה. הסיסמה עצמה לא נשמרת במכשיר. התנתקות מחשבון מוחקת את ההתחברות שלו מהמכשיר.
Apple Watch: אפליקציית השעון שומרת את פרטי ההתחברות שלה (שם המשתמש ואסימון התחברות, לא הסיסמה) באזור המאובטח של השעון (Keychain). את פרטי ההתחברות היא מקבלת מהאייפון שלך ישירות, דרך החיבור המובנה של אפל בין האייפון לשעון. השעון ניגש לאותם נתוני מלאי בדיוק כמו האפליקציה באייפון, ואפשר לנתק אותו בכל עת מההגדרות באפליקציה או מהשעון עצמו.
מי רואה את המידע
נתוני מחסן גלויים אך ורק לחברי אותו מחסן: אנשים שקיבלו הזמנה מחבר קיים ואישרו אותה, או שסרקו קוד הצטרפות. מי שהוזמן רואה, לפני שהוא מחליט, רק את שם התצוגה של המזמין ואת שם המחסן; ההזמנה נמחקת כשהוא מאשר או דוחה אותה, או כשהמזמין מבטל אותה. כללי אבטחה בצד השרת מונעים גישה לכל מידע ממי שאינו מחובר או אינו חבר במחסן. רשימת המכשירים המחוברים גלויה לך בלבד. אנחנו לא ניגשים לנתונים שלך אלא לצורך תמיכה, לבקשתך.
הרשאות במכשיר
גישה למצלמה ולתמונות מתבקשת רק כשאתה בוחר להוסיף תמונה לפריט, ומשמשת אך ורק לכך. באייפון, מסך הצילום של המערכת עשוי לבקש גם הרשאת מיקרופון, אבל האפליקציה אינה מקליטה קול ואינה שומרת שמע.
מחיקת מידע
אפשר למחוק פריטים, מחסנים ותמונות מתוך האפליקציה בכל עת, לעזוב מחסנים משותפים, ולנתק מכשירים מהחשבון, כולל השעון. למחיקת החשבון וכל המידע המשויך אליו, או למחיקת נתונים מסוימים בלבד, שלח בקשה לכתובת שלמטה; הבקשה מטופלת תוך 7 ימים. פרטים מלאים בעמוד מחיקת חשבון.
קטינים
האפליקציה אינה מיועדת לילדים מתחת לגיל 13 ואיננו אוספים ביודעין מידע עליהם.
שינויים במדיניות
אם המדיניות תשתנה, העדכון יפורסם בעמוד זה עם תאריך חדש.

Inventory Manager

"Inventory Manager" (ניהול מלאי) is an app for managing personal and shared inventory. We collect only the information needed to run the service, and we don't sell it or share it with third parties for advertising.
What information is stored
- Account details: the username and display name you choose. Your password is held only by Firebase Authentication, in encrypted form, and is never stored in plain text.
- Your inventory data: warehouse names, items, quantities, SKUs, notes, alert thresholds, change history (including the display name of whoever made each change) and photos you choose to upload for items.
- Personal preferences: the order of warehouses, the categories and the display preferences you set for yourself.
- Warehouse invitations: when a warehouse member invites you, we keep, until you accept or decline, the inviter's display name and username, the warehouse name and the invitation date. When you accept or decline an invitation, the inviter keeps a notification with your display name and username, the warehouse name and your answer, until they dismiss it.
- Connected devices: for each device signed in to your account, including Apple Watch, we store the device type (e.g. iPhone, Android or watch), whether it's the app or the website, and when it was last used, so you can see connected devices in Settings and sign them out. No hardware identifiers, serial numbers or location are stored.
The app doesn't collect location, contacts, advertising identifiers or usage analytics.
Where the data is stored
Data is stored in Google's Firebase Realtime Database, on servers in the European Union (Belgium). Sign-in is handled by Firebase Authentication. Google processes the data solely as an infrastructure provider, in accordance with the Firebase privacy policy.
A local copy of your data is also kept on your device so the app works offline. The local copy is removed when you sign out.
Several accounts on one device: if you sign in to more than one account, each account keeps its own sign-in on the device so you can switch between them without typing a password. Your password itself is not stored on the device. Signing out of an account removes its sign-in from the device.
Apple Watch: the watch app stores its sign-in details (your username and a sign-in token, not your password) in the watch's secure storage (Keychain). It receives them directly from your iPhone over Apple's built-in iPhone–Watch connection. The watch accesses the same inventory data as the iPhone app, and you can disconnect it at any time from Settings in the app or from the watch itself.
Who can see the data
Warehouse data is visible only to members of that warehouse: people who accepted an invitation from an existing member, or scanned a join code. Before deciding, an invited person sees only the inviter's display name and the warehouse name; the invitation is deleted when they accept or decline it, or when the inviter cancels it. Server-side security rules block access to any data for anyone who isn't signed in or isn't a member of the warehouse. The list of connected devices is visible only to you. We don't access your data except for support, at your request.
Device permissions
Camera and photo access is requested only when you choose to add a photo to an item, and is used only for that. On iPhone, the system camera screen may also ask for microphone access, but the app doesn't record or store any audio.
Deleting your data
You can delete items, warehouses and photos in the app at any time, leave shared warehouses, and sign devices out of your account, including your watch. To delete your account and all associated data, or specific data only, send a request to the address below; requests are handled within 7 days. Full details on the account deletion page.
Children
The app isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information about them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the update will be posted on this page with a new date.
