בעמוד הזה אפשר למחוק בעצמכם את החשבון וכל הנתונים המשויכים אליו, בלי לפנות אלינו. כדי לוודא שזה אתם, צריך להזין את שם המשתמש והסיסמה של החשבון.

On this page you can delete your account and all its data yourself, without contacting us. To make sure it's you, enter the account's username and password.

המחיקה סופית ואי אפשר לשחזר אותה.

Deletion is permanent and can't be undone.

  • נמחקים: חשבון ההתחברות (שם המשתמש והסיסמה), שם התצוגה, המחסנים שאתם החבר היחיד בהם (על כל הפריטים והתמונות שלהם), וההגדרות האישיות.
  • נשארים: מחסנים משותפים שיש בהם חברים נוספים ממשיכים להתקיים אצלם, ורק החברות שלכם מוסרת. אם אתם הבעלים של מחסן כזה, הבעלות עוברת לחבר אחר. רשומות היסטוריה ("מי שינה כמות") נשארות כטקסט, בלי קישור לחשבון.
  • Deleted: the login account (username and password), display name, warehouses where you are the only member (with all their items and photos), and personal settings.
  • Kept: shared warehouses with other members stay with them, and only your membership is removed. If you own one, ownership passes to another member. History entries ("who changed a quantity") remain as plain text, with no link to the account.

אפשר לכתוב ל־danastudio.apps@gmail.com עם שם המשתמש, ונטפל בבקשה תוך 7 ימים. מכיוון שהמחיקה סופית ושמות משתמש אינם סוד, אנחנו עשויים לבקש הוכחה שהחשבון שלכם (למשל פרטים על המחסנים והפריטים שיצרתם). אם לא ניתן לאמת שהחשבון שלכם, נסרב למחוק אותו, כדי שאדם אחר לא יוכל למחוק חשבון שאינו שלו.

Email danastudio.apps@gmail.com with your username, and we'll handle the request within 7 days. Because deletion is permanent and usernames aren't secret, we may ask for proof that the account is yours (for example, details about the warehouses and items you created). If we can't verify that the account is yours, we will decline to delete it, so nobody can delete an account that isn't theirs.

מחיקה חלקית, בלי לסגור את החשבוןPartial deletion, without closing the account

אין צורך למחוק את החשבון כדי למחוק נתונים מסוימים. בתוך האפליקציה אפשר בכל רגע למחוק תמונה של פריט, פריטים בודדים, מחסנים פרטיים שלכם, ולעזוב מחסנים משותפים, והמחיקה מיידית. אפשר גם לשלוח בקשה לכתובת המייל למעלה למחיקת נתונים מסוימים בלבד, ונטפל בה תוך 7 ימים.

You don't need to delete your account to delete specific data. In the app you can delete an item's photo, single items or your own private warehouses, or leave shared warehouses, at any time, and the deletion is immediate. You can also email the address above to delete specific data only, and we'll handle it within 7 days.
